What if something arrives damaged or missing?
If your package arrives with an issue, please send us an unedited unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery, along with relevant images. Feel free to share images and videos at support@vahow.com or attach them in our instagram DM. This helps us resolve things quickly and fairly.
Can I return items purchased during a sale?
Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unfortunately. We appreciate your understanding.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, we begin processing and won’t be able to make modifications unfortunately.
Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address. Once it’s out the door, we’re unable to make changes. In case you submit a wrong address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

What if my package is returned back while shipping?
Packages may be returned due to incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or delivery refusal. If this happens, we’ll wait for the item to return to our warehouse.
